As many of you surely noticed, we made a change to the mailed City Newsletter for the winter 2009 edition.  We decided to combine the mailed newsletter with the Parks and Recreation Manhappenings Activity Guide as a cost cutting effort.  For the past couple of years, we have sent the City Newsletter to all residents as a separate mailing in order to draw more attention to the city news section.  However, we feel that consolidation is a good change for the time being and hope that residents will enjoy getting the news while also getting information on all your favorite City classes and activities.  Future editions of the Newsletter will be mailed with Manhappenings.  However, we will continue posting the City Newsletter as a stand alone electronic document here on the website.
