The Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department helps create a friendly atmosphere of individual and group challenges utilizing the area's natural and manmade resources. This is accomplished through educational classes, organized amateur competitions and social activities taught and orchestrated by expert and knowledgeable sports professionals.
