The Revenue Services Division administers the billing and collection of utility, refuse and street sweeping services for all City residential and commercial accounts. Residential utility bills are processed on a bi-monthly basis. Commercial refuse billings are processed monthly. Any resident or business in need of starting or stopping service can do so by visiting City Hall or contacting finance at (310) 802-5559.
