Mind, Body, Spirit Fitness for Pregnancy and Parenting

Pregnant? Planning to get pregnant? Want to get Pregnant? Have newborn? Come watch a film, have a lively discussion and get your question answered about what babies want you to know about getting your mind, body and spirit fit for pregnancy and parenting. Jamie is currently a doctoral student in prenatal and prenatal psychology bringing you the most critical information for the healthy development of your child.

Mom fit stroller classes

This fun efficient & effective outdoor exercise class is ideal for moms or moms-to-be who want to get into shape with the company of other moms & their babies or toddlers. This class combines a cardiovascular workout with resistance bands for total body strengthening. This class is taught by Danielle Spangler, certified NASM personal trainer, pre/postnatal fitness specialist & mother. Children are welcome between the ages of 6 weeks and 4 years of age. Please bring a blanket or towel to lay on. A $30 material fee is due to instructor at first class.

Parent and Baby Yoga

This class focuses on yoga for parents with children. Bond in this supportive community with both your child and other parents. Revitalize your mind, nerves and immune system while safely and effectively getting your body into shape. Class accommodates both new and experienced students. Please bring a blanket for babies and a mat for parents. Mats are available for purchase at the studio.

Stroller Strides

A total fitness program for moms and their babies. The class includes power walking and body toning by using resistance tubing, the environment and the stroller. Each hour long class includes a warm-up, 40 minutes of power walking/body toning and 10 minutes of abs and cool down. Moms work out with their babies by incorporating songs and counting games while creating visual stimulation. Children welcomed between the ages of 6 weeks and 4 years.
